How to read it: Green candle = close above open in that 10 seconds. Red candle = close below open. The thin line through each candle is its high–low range. The dashed line is the latest price.

Live sources used, in order: https://biquote.io/api/XAUUSD (bid / ask / mid for XAUUSD) and, as a fallback, https://api.gold-api.com/price/XAU (XAU spot in USD). Polling is once per second.
